We enjoyed our stay in the Falls at Forsyth Apartment. The environment is serene and beautiful. I absolutely had a great experience talking with Brenda. I appreciate her quick action on any issues. Her kindness, caring nature, smile and humor makes us happy , whenever we talk to her. Every staff member in the leasing office are incredibly welcoming and helpful to answer all your questions. Their hospitality is really good.

We enjoyed our stay in the Falls at Forsyth Apartment. The environment is serene and the location is easily accessible to shopping. Every staff member in the leasing office are incredibly welcoming and helpful to answer all your questions. Their hospitality is really good. Brenda is super nice and she was able to sort out couple of issues we have in a timely manner. We have a wonderful experience working with her.

Typically, I do not leave Google reviews, but I wanted to briefly share my experience so far. After multiple disappointing tours at other complexes in the area, I felt discouraged in my searching. However, after recently touring The Falls at Forsyth, it was crystal clear that this community offers everything I am looking for and MORE… 1. The complex and the apartments I saw are stunning, spacious, and safe. 2. The amenities are unrivaled…I was more than impressed with the gym and pools. The Smart Home features are new and exciting to me as well. During my tour, Deb Aviles was intentional, helpful & very kind in not only showing me around, but also in answering all of my questions with attention to detail. After careful consideration, I decided to apply online for a specific unit… my fingers are crossed that it all works out for my new home in 2024. If not, I would still highly recommend The Falls at Forsyth to anyone who enjoys excellent hospitality!

Just moved into the falls and love it here! The smart home features, the community amenities, the location, everything is great. Had a maintenance problem during my first month which got a very quick response from the maintenance team. Janey was our move in agent, she gave us a great tour and answered all of our questions. Happy to be here.
